• Job Description: This significant Adelaide Roof Replacement was undertaken in the leafy southern suburb of Happy Valley. The original Terracotta clay tiled roof was around 45 years of age. Like nearly all Terracotta roofs of this age the roof tiles were showing significant signs of fretting and were extremely brittle to walk over, virtually non-trafficable. Our team completely removed the original Terracotta roof and under took a roof replacement conversion to Insulated Colorbond roofing. The job being a significant size and scope required scaffolding all around the front side of the roof due to the height. The crew removed around 15 tonne of Terracotta tiles and reinstalled about 1.5 tones of Colorbond steel and roof battens. The owner was super happy with the outcome of their roof replacement. No more red dust in the roof space. A much better insulated roof too.
