Roof Replacement

• Location: Crafers Adelaide Hills
• Job Description: Full Roof replacement Adelaide Hills suburb of Crafers. The hills property was originally constructed in the 1980s and then had a further addition in the 1990s. All original roofing was Monier Centirion concrete tiles. The roof tiles were in quite a porous state having received no maintenance or restoration since construction. The new owner of the property elected to replace the entire original tiled roof with a new fully Insulated Colourbond Corrugated roof. Also replaced at the same time were all the gutters and downpipes and the original timber fascias were clad and wrapped in Colourbond fascia cover. The owner has since reported a much quieter roof and has found the property to be much better Insulated to deal with the harsh winters of the Adelaide Hills.
