• Job Description: This late 1990s house had an original roof of Monier Tudor Concrete tiles. The new owners of the property chose to go down the path reroofing the Adelaide property even though Roof Restoration was still certainly an option. They mainly just wanted the charming look of the Surfmist while Colourbond roof but also appreciate the other benefits such as massively reduced weight on the house structure and far superior acoustic and thermal insulation from their roof. The transformation was incredible and the photos speak for them selves.
