• Job Description: An Interesting Adelaide Roof Replacement. An architectural house from the late 1970s. The property had already undertaken a roof replacement 20 years earlier but the roof sheets had been screwed to the tiles battens which is a huge problem. We undertook a full roof replacement and reframed the roof with new metal battens. We Insulated the new roof sheeting with 50mm Glasswool blanket also. The owner was extremely happy with the finished Colour and the fact that the roof is now silent during rain events instead of very noisy as before.
