Reroofing

• Location: Stonyfell SA
• Job Description: A significant Adelaide reroofing project undertaken in the Adelaide suburb of Stonyfell. The original concrete tiled roof had hundreds of broken tiles and leak points everywhere. The original gutters were really not draining well and not able to deal with large rain events. Consequently the home owner had to put up with roof leaks and water ingress to eaves for many years. The owner chose to reroof the property in Monument Colourbond and Insulate the new roof sheeting with Insulation blanket. At the same time we undertook a gutter replacement and installed Colourbond fascia covers to all the original old timber fascias. We also added extra downpipes and converted all downpipes to 90mm round pvc. The home owner was extremely happy with the result, a leak free problem free Insulated shiny new Colourbond roof and gutters and is now ready for an Adelaide storm to come.
