• Job Description: This property was certainly in need of the full roof replacement that it had. We undertook a full conversion from Tiles to Colourbond. The original roof tile was the Holostone Madrid type roof tile. These were very popular in the 70s and 80s as a Mediterranean look tile. Unfortunately they were very problematic for water leaks, vermin ingress and drafts as the tiles have a big overlap and cap between the next. This home owner reported years of constant small water leaks on the ceiling of the home and decided to make a change. Insulated Corrugated 21mm roof sheeting was used on this one and the transformation was significant.
